All items sold on this site are digital downloads.
No physical products will be shipped.
After payment is completed, you will receive:
An order confirmation email, and
One or more links to download your files.
Please save your files to your own device or cloud storage. We cannot guarantee access to expired or deleted links in the future.
Resources from The Responsive Educator are licensed for single-user use unless clearly stated otherwise.
This means:
One teacher or service provider may use the resource with the students on their current caseload or in their current classroom.
You may print copies for your own students or use the files digitally with them.
You may not:
Share the files with other teachers, schools, or teams.
Post the files (or any part of them) on the open internet, including shared drives or public websites.
Resell, redistribute, or claim the resources as your own.
If your school or district would like to use a resource with multiple staff members, please contact me to discuss additional licenses.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (and related options such as Venmo and PayPal Pay Later).
Your payment information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored on this website.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Because our resources are digital downloads, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and purchases are generally nonrefundable.
If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, receive an incorrect file, or have trouble accessing your download, please contact jennifer@theresponsiveeducator.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue so I can help resolve it.

Making sure you have software that can open them (for example, PDF reader, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
