Resources purchased directly from The Responsive Educator website are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and purchases are generally nonrefundable. Please review the product description and preview carefully before purchasing.

If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, receive an incorrect file, or notice a duplicate charge, please contact jennifer@theresponsiveeducator.com with your order number and a description of the issue. I will help resolve the problem and review any purchase errors.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
